Our Business

Geoff Richards established the business in Dubbo in 1976 and since that day we have always maintained a focus on family. Todd Richards, his son, joined in 1985 as an Apprentice Painter. He is now the owner with his wife, Tracey. In 2008 their son Lewis joined as an apprentice and is now the Workshop Manager. The business has expanded from a staff of three to 25 over the years. But our focus, to provide a seamless experience for our customer from start to finish, has not shifted.
 
People often come to us at a difficult and stressful time in their life and our job is to identify what they need and find the solution. We care about our customers and we want to do everything we can to make life easier. This might mean organising a taxi to pick you up from the hire vehicle company to bring you to your vehicle, or it might include to liaising with your insurance company on your behalf. Whatever it is our customer needs, we always work to provide top quality service.
 
We personally offer a lifetime warranty on our work, regardless of your insurance company’s policy. We have a motto we say when our customers come and pick up their keys – ‘Thank you for choosing us. We do hope to see you again – but not too soon!’

In addition to achieving Gold Class status, we empower our team members to pursue and maintain I-CAR Platinum Individual recognition. This ensures our staff stay current with the latest skills and knowledge in this fast-evolving and innovative industry.

Our Guarantee

We can guarantee that you, the customer, will always be our first priority. Your experience and safety is important to us, so we have a strict quality control checklist that is adhered to by all staff. It thoroughly checks the work we do – parts, structure, mechanics, paint, assembly and cleanliness.

We also have a feedback process where we survey each customer to better understand their experience. It takes less than a minute and it allows us to assess the quality of our customer service. We want to hear what you liked and where we need to improve. We are constantly working to provide the best service we can.
