You should have received email communication from our team at GRPB regarding your upcoming Repair Booking Dates.

📅Please ensure you confirm the dates by replying to the email. Should the dates not be suitable, please contact the office as soon as possible on (02) 6882 5191 to further discuss


⚠️IMPORTANT NOTICE

The repair dates provided to you are based on an estimated completion timeframe. This estimate is necessary because, in some cases, additional damage may be discovered during the Remove & Repair stage. Damage that was not visible during the initial inspection but is relevant to your claim. If this occurs, the completion date may be extended to allow for the necessary parts or further repairs.

While we do our best to prevent delays, unfortunately some issues only become apparent once work begins, and these can affect the timeline.

If this happens with your vehicle, we will contact you promptly and keep you informed throughout the repair process.


🛠️ Additional Damage

Before Repairs

If another accident occurs before your scheduled repair booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the situation and advise you on the best course of action to ensure your vehicle is repaired promptly and correctly.


Arrival Time

We ask that you drop off your vehicle for repairs between 8:15 AM and 9:00 AM on the repair start date provided.

Should this not suit due to travel or other circumstances, please reach out to our team to advise to avoid any unnecessary follow up.


🌙 After-Hours Drop-Off Instructions

If you’re dropping off your vehicle outside of business hours, please follow these steps:

  1. Secure your vehicle in our customer car park.

  2. Place your car key in the silver after-hours mail box on the adjacent wall to the parking


🚘 Vehicle Preparation Checklist

Before arrival, please ensure your vehicle:

  • Is clean and tidy, with all personal items removed.

  • Has sufficient fuel, as we will need to move it in and out of the workshop. (This helps avoid delays or additional charges)


🚕 Hire Car Information

Please note that we do not offer drop-off services, hire cars, or loan vehicles
We recommend contacting your insurance company to check if you're eligible for a hire car and to make any necessary bookings.

For drop-off, consider:

  • Asking a friend or colleague for a ride

  • Calling Dubbo Radio Cabs on 131 008
